Method of Payment
The registration fees include German VAT. All fees are stated in Euro. We recommend payment by credit card or debit order (German bank accounts). The following credit cards are accepted: Eurocard/MasterCard and Visa. The transmission of your data in the internet is securely encrypted.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of full payment of the fees, a confirmation letter will be sent by email.

Visa .
Visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of origin.
We suggest you contact your local Consulate for official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedures that may apply to you. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.
Travel Grants .
Deadline for travel grant applications is 8 Mar 2021 – In order to promote the educational and scientific development of Hematopathology and facilitate the participation of haematopathologists (<10 years from haematopathology specialization or PhD), residents and PhD students from developing countries, registration fee waivers and travel grants of €500 will be made available to attend the 20th Symposium and Workshop of EAHP in Dubrovnik, Croatia, 24-29 April 2021.
Hematopathologists, residents and PhD students from developing countries (www.ams.org/membership/develop.html) who are not additionally supported by other sources of any private or public organization and who have sent an abstract for the Lymphoma Symposium or have submitted a case for the Workshop are invited to apply for these grants. Applications should be sent by email (birgitta.sander@ki.se) to the Secretary/Treasurer of the EAHP.
